Case management

Our case management services prepare our clients for long term reintegration back into society. Typically, this is accomplished by meeting with one of our case managers in a community setting who helps with setting goals, finding resources and navigating the various systems (health, income, housing, etc) in a person’s life.

Who is eligible for these services?

These services are available to adults 16 years of age and older who are from a low-income family and have had encounters with the law.  Our catchment area is the province of Ontario. Referrals are accepted from service providers, lawyers, family and friends and those looking for services for themselves.
